Great staff and variety of activities. The best aspects of this hotel were the friendly and hardworking staff who were always willing to help. The variety of activities provided by the hotel was also a big plus. The location was convenient, with several shops and restaurants nearby. the hotel offered free wifi which was fast and reliable.

Limited food options and outdated rooms. The worst aspects of this hotel were the limited options for food, especially for those with dietary restrictions.

Great all, inclusive experience with good food options and excellent entertainment. We enjoyed the smooth self, service system for drinks and food. the location was perfect, situated near the beach, and with easy access to public transportation. the rooms were spacious and well, maintained.

The indoor pool was crowded, and the outdoor pool area was quite small for the number of guests. the air conditioning in some of the rooms was not working correctly, and some of the staff did not speak English fluently, which made communication difficult at times.
